Toronto rapper DillanPonders released his highly anticipated EP RETOX. Produced entirely by SmashMouth Entertainment's very own M Mac, the trap EP captures Ponders' excessive lifestyle jam packed into 8 records. RETOX is the last chapter in Ponders' unruly cocaine saga. 'It is the epitome of my trap sound,' says Ponders, 'I kind of fell into my trap lord persona while recording this project.' Fueled with melodic synthesizers and rhythmic snares, DillanPonders ups the ante by intertwining intricate rhymes that shed light on his late night benders. Ponders states, 'The title of the project represents what me and my crew do every weekend. We don't detox, we RETOX. This is what happens when the prescription pad turns into acid tabs.'
