Youth Is Dead is a Harlem-raised singer, producer and video director. On his most recent album 'Hooligan's Don't Dance', he weaves intricate tales of love into an ambient production for a hazy melodic opus. 'Hooligan's Don't Dance' is pop music for the streets. In the past, Youth is Dead has collaborated with rappers A$AP Ferg and Bodega Bamz and more recently, emerging talent Nini Rey; all New York natives that have each, respectably, honed in on the deeper, darker aspects of growing up in a gritty city. He is a creative force to be reckoned with, blending cerebral hooks with powerful 80's inspired pop sounds that combine for an undeniable classic.
